Mrs. Sue Jean Covacevich is a well known artist who lives in Winfield, Kansas. Her paintings have been exhibited widely and two books of prints published in New York and Mexico City are among her achievements.
Installations by Mrs. Covacevich include the large historical mural at the First National Bank in Winfield and the thirty-six stained glass windows in the Christian Church in McPherson.
International exhibitions at The Galleria La Scala, Florena and the Galleria Leonardo de Vinci, Rome Italy have included paintings by Mrs. Covacevich. This year she will have an exhibition of twenty paintings at the Lynn Kottler Galleries in New York.
Mrs. Covacevich has shown in regional exhibitions, Kansas Art Federation, Kansas State University, Wichita Art Association, Savelgen Memorial Gallery, Denver Musuem, Mulvane Art Gallery and the Winfield Art Center. Her work is in The International Print Collection in London, The Library of Congress, Washington and in private collections in this country and Mexico.
Travel study trips all over the world are part of Mrs. Covacevich’s Art.
